What is gang run printing?

Check out this Wikipedia article that will explain this process in great depth.

Digital vs. Offset Printing

Digital Printing is type of printing which uses digital imaging process that transfers the image directly onto plain paper immediately, without traditional offset rollers and plates.

Offset Printing is the most commonly used printing method, whereby the printed material does not receive the ink directly from the printing plate but from an intermediary cylinder called a blanket that receives the ink from the plate and transfers it to the paper.

We provide digital proofs for all printing jobs. However, we do not offer actual printed proofs for gang-run printing jobs. If you job absolutely requires a printing proof, please contact us.

What if it takes longer than your advertised turnaround time?

We strive for perfection and typically “hit the mark”, but sometimes things do happen that are out of our control. If it takes longer then the advertised turnaround time for your product to complete production then we will issue a credit of 10% of the printing charges, but it must be requested in writing within 10 business days from the estimated completion date. Under NO circumstances will we take responsibility for “lost promotion” time!

What type of presses / equipment do you use?

We use state of the art printing and bindery equipment. For a complete list, please contact a sales representative and they will be more then happy to give you a full disclosure of our equipment lineup.

Can I see pictures of your facilities / presses?

Unfortunately, our staff is very shy when they are in their element. For that reason, we do not show/disclose our secrets!
